Connect Fermanagh provides telephone support to individuals feeling lonely or isolated across Fermanagh. We seek to promote positive well-being for those we call, help them feel connected to their community and prevent feelings of loneliness and isolation.
Initially established by Fermanagh Trust in response to the pandemic, Connect Fermanagh has proven to be a vital service for many of our most vulnerable and isolated individuals across Fermanagh. In order to continue to provide this important support we are establishing a new part-time coordinator position. The coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the service, recruiting and supporting volunteers, service promotion, managing referrals and for regular monitoring and reporting, ensuring we continue to provide a high quality, responsive service.
