As part of its commitment to delivering impact where it matters most, Encirc has partnered with the Fermanagh Trust to launch a new Homeless Support Fund supporting organisations working on the front line of homelessness across Fermanagh.
It follows on from last year’s fund which specifically targeted poverty and proved to be a great success.
The fund forms part of Encirc’s wider Community Impact Strategy, which is focused on creating meaningful, lasting change in the communities where the company lives and works. Through grants, the fund will support local organisations delivering practical assistance, advice and community-based programmes for people experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness.
Working alongside the Fermanagh Trust, a respected county-wide community foundation and independent grant-making body, Encirc aims to ensure funding reaches projects where it can make the greatest difference.
The Encirc Homeless Support Fund will support initiatives including:
- Debt and welfare benefits advice for individuals at risk of homelessness
- Essential needs and crisis support
- Community and social inclusion programmes
- Practical and material assistance for vulnerable individuals and families
Preference will be given to projects specifically focused on supporting people currently experiencing homelessness, with additional professional support potentially available to successful applicants.
The fund will be overseen in collaboration with Encirc’s Derrylin-based Charity Committee, a group of employee volunteers established as part of the company’s commitment to creating positive social impact.

Applications are now open for eligible organisations across County Fermanagh. Grants are available for programmes and initiatives that help reduce the impact of homelessness and improve outcomes for vulnerable people in the community. Closing date: 12 noon on Friday 11th September 2026.
